Glacier National Park, MT

Glacier National Park never disappoints.  We recently spent a few days staying near St. Mary.  We hiked to Iceberg Lake, Virginia Falls, took the boat ride across Swiftcurrent Lake and Lake Josephine.  We had planned on making the hike to Grinnell Lake, but the rain started pouring, so we opted to stay on the boat.  On the return trip, we saw a tense moment between a group of hikers and a grizzly bear.  On the final day we made the trip across the park on the Going to the Sun Road, which is always breathtaking.

The photos were taken with a variety of cameras.  A Yashica Mat124G (medium format), a Nikonos IV (35mm underwater camera), a Canon 620 (35mm SLR), Olympus PEN E-PL2 (mirrorless digital), and my iPhone.

Big Bend

It's a long drive to get to the Big Bend area from just about anywhere in Texas, but very well worth it.  These are shots I took on a Canon 620 35mm film camera on Kodak TMax 400 film.

Yellowstone

I took these shots on a short visit to Yellowstone this past October.  They were taken with a Canon 620 and Kodak Ektar film.
